I recently raised a critically important topic during question time, with the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology the Hon. Karen Andrews MP. “What the Government is doing to support Australian manufacturers?” As an example of the great work that is being done by the Morrison Government, the Minister mentioned the recent announcement of $1 million for Coolum based manufacturer Naturo Milk.
With the help of $1 million in funding through the Accelerating Commercialisation grant Naturo Milk will have the opportunity to scale their business and take their world-first technology to market sooner.
This innovative local business has created a world-leading product which extends the expiry date for fresh milk to over 60 days. Naturo are among nine Australian businesses sharing in $4.4 million in matched grant funding to expand their operations.
