The 2024-25 Volunteer Grants are now open and I invite all eligible community groups in Fairfax to apply.
Volunteer Grants aim to support the efforts of Australia’s volunteers and to increase participation in volunteering.
Grants of between $1,000 and $5,000 are available to help eligible not-for-profit community organisations support the work of their volunteers.
Two categories of grants are being offered this year – Category 1 for the purchase of communication or insurance items and Category 2 items or services in support of children’s well-being. Please refer to the detailed explanation of each category, including examples in the Volunteer Grant Guidelines HERE. You will need to know what category you are applying under BEFORE you fill out this EOI.
