ADDITIONAL $14 MILLION FOR BUSHFIRE RECOVERY

Other

South East Queensland is one of seven regions to benefit from a new $14 million bushfire recovery fund.

The money is for areas severely impacted by the Black Summer bushfires, to deliver on ground activities that will aid in the recovery of native wildlife and habitat.

Landcare, in partnership with the National Landcare Network, will engage local Landcare groups, community organisations, local landholders, indigenous groups and Traditional Owners to deliver the recovery projects.

More information, including how to apply or put forward a project for consideration, can be found HERE.
