If we are to consider the possibility of including advanced nuclear technology as part of Australia’s future energy mix we must first confront its percieved challenges as well as its opportunities.
Nowhere represents Japan’s complicated history with nuclear technology more vividly than Hiroshima after all.
What I learnt, was that despite the tragedy of World War 11, the locals are pragmatic and informed about the important role nuclear technology plays in their society.
